What we do
Climate & Child Initiative is a youth led Non-Governmental Organization registered under section 10 of the non-governmental coordination act and deals with training children and empowering them to be sustainable environmental stewards.
Our mission is to empower school going children through EDUCATION, FOOD AND WATER thus positioning them to be global environmental ambassadors.
Our vision is to address the challenges of environmental degradation by raising a generation of informed youths championing for a sustainable future
We work with a variety of partners and stakeholders, from grassroots movements and community groups to international NGOs and institutions.
Our priority is the African Child and our work falls within three pillars:
- Storytelling (sharing conservation impact and stories through social media and podcasts)
- Ground impact
- Capacity building
